Shipping & Returns

At Ozsat we understand the need to have goods that are delivered on time and perform as described. We have been careful to provide you with sufficient information to enable you to come to a confident buying decision. Should you encounter any problems with the products you purchase from us we will give this our total attention to solving your issue.

Shipping and processing charges

For all orders delivered in Australia the freight charges are calculated by our web site freight calculator. We use Startrack express couriers and Australia Post

Secure Payments

We accept Visa,Mastercard,Pay Pal and direct deposit. When you send us your personal information including credit card information we encrypt these details to protect them from unlawful access. Your details will never be kept so if you make more purchases you will need to provide your details again. To purchase from us over the Internet you must be over 18 years old.

Faulty goods

Most of our products carry a 1 year warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and it shows a fault please contact us at sales@ozsat.com.au giving us the detail of your complaint , date of purchase etc. If the fault is inherent in the goods, we will arrange to have the item repaired or replaced. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Order

We will confirm your order shortly after it is placed. We then send your order to be dispatched. We aim for 2 working days, however, some orders may take up to 4 days to arrive to destinations in WA,NT & Tasmania. All orders are subject to availability.


In the event of a customer wishing to return any goods or services to Ozsat as bought on this site, Ozsat will only accept such products if they are returned within 14 days, are of a quality that can be onsold as if new. Ozsat do not accept products being returned for "change of mind". You must pay the postage back to us.

Receiving your order

If your order shows any physical damage, please acknowledge this and sign “received damaged” and notify us immediately. So we can arrange prompt replacement of your goods.

Your Account

Our system will hold details of your account and sales transactions with us and they may be viewed only with your username and password.
